Reception and Waiting Area

Our friendly staff is ready to meet your needs.  We have Purina prescription petreception 2.jpg (204663 bytes) food available for our clients as well as many over-the-counter products such as leashes, collars, shampoos, and grooming tools. reception.jpg (197163 bytes)

Examination Rooms

Your pet should have a wellness exam once a year (twice a year for senior pets over the age of 7).  During this exam, we will check your pet's skin and coat, eyes, ears, teeth and gums, heart and lungs.  If necessary, diagnostic  testing may be performed.

Pharmacy

Our clinic has an in-house pharmacy to meet your pet's prescription requirements.  pharmacy.jpg (185327 bytes)We can also compound medications into a liquid form for pets that have difficulty swallowing or refuse to take medication in its regular form.  We can flavor it with your pet's favorite flavor.

Radiology

Radiographs (x-rays) are taken and developed in-house for quick review by our veterinarians.

Treatment Area

This is where hospitalized pets are cared for and where certain procedures are performed, such as administering IV fluids or dental work.

Surgery

We perform soft tissue surgery including laser surgery.surgery.jpg (199944 bytes)

We have available both isoflurane and sevoflurane as anesthesia.  Blood pressure monitors and pulse oximeters are routinely used during surgery.

Laboratory

Our well-equipped in-house laboratory routinely performs:

  • Blood chemistries

  • Complete blood counts

  • Electrolytes

  • Urinalyses

  • Ear Smears

  • Cytology

  • Fecal Analyses

  • Blood Glucose testing and glucose curves

  • Thyroid testing

  • Heartworm/Lyme/Ehrlichia/Anaplasma testing

  • Feline leukemia testing

  • Progesterone levels

  • FIV testing

  • Allergy testing
