Emergency Services
In the event of an EMERGENCY, please do the following:
1. Call our office at (413) 323-9201 for our emergency services.
2. Follow our prompts for further direction. Our recording will direct you to leave a short message for the veterinarian on call with the following information:
Your name, phone number, pet’s name and some basic information, including what is wrong with your pet.
3. The doctor on call will call you back within 30 minutes.
4. If you have not heard back within 30 minutes, then please call again and repeat the message.
The Mill Valley Veterinary Clinic understands how stressful it can be when your pet has an emergency, and we do not want to add to that stress by having your pet seen by an unknown veterinarian. The clinic is pleased to offer emergency services to established clients. The clinic participates in a rotating large animal “area coverage” with several other local veterinarians, as well as 24-hour small animal emergency hospitals except for Sundays.
If you are experiencing a small animal emergency on a Sunday, or if you are not an established client at Mill Valley, we recommend contacting one of the following emergency hospitals:
